One Thing I Learned from Muslims

My eyes have been more opened than ever to what plagues our muslim friends. Many will not research Christianity and its claims that Jesus is the Son of God. They simply state that the Quran says no. And, they have no certainty of Eternal Life. This breaks my heart and has deepened my love for my muslim friends.
The muslims I met in London are so passionate and I love them for that. I wish more Christians would experience what I did in Speakers Corner Hyde Park, being surrounded by multiple muslims explaining Jesus Christ and Him Crucified.
Paul writes to the church in Corinth (1 Cor 15) that if Jesus was not crucified and raised from the dead, than we as followers of Jesus are to be pitied, are misrepresenting God, and are still in our sins. I find this so important to understand when you talk to muslims because they have taken away the power of the Gospel by saying that Jesus didn’t actual die on a cross but was taken up to heaven and replaced with Judas Iscariot.
I let muslims get away with saying this when I was in London, but I know more than ever to not back down from this point. Jesus Christ clearly was crucified, died, and rose again from the dead, presenting himself to 100s of eyewitnesses over many days before ascending into heaven. I pray many muslims will come to see that Jesus did this and his blood can take away each of our transgressions by his perfect sacrifice. Then, they can know that eternal life is in their grasp by believing in the Son of God, who became the Lamb that was slain to take away the sins of the world.
Thank you for the Cross Jesus. Your Love on Display. Eternity in Reach.
Thank you Lord and Savior,
Ken
